Writ Petition
The writ petition under
article 32 of the constitution of India
can also be preferred for the
Extraordinary Writ Jurisdiction of the
Supreme Court with the matters
pertaining to national cause and
importance.
Alike the SLP other petitions and the
Appeal mentioned herein above before the
Suprme Court requires to have synopsis
and list of dates besides grounds of
Appeal etc.
The
matters before the Supreme Court after
the filing goes for scrutiny and after
the objections (if any) removed the
matter is numbered according to its
category.
