ground for the Special Leave to Appeal
before the Hon’ble Supreme
Court of India. The averments made before the Supreme
Court must be based on the documents and
the evidence as is available before the
trial court and the High Court. Any
person who prefers to file the SLP is
required to prepare a brief synopsis and
chronological list of dates with the
annexed documents at the corresponding
page numbers in the chronological list
of dates. Finally the SLP must contain

any delay in filing the SLP the
